We have a team of professional bio-medical engineers who are trained at the factory for various Equipment. They are responsible for all installations, commissioning, maintenance and on-site user training for all equipment supplied by us. We also have a fully equipped service Centre (workshop) where any malfunctioning of the Equipment is attended to by our team of Engineers. We keep adequate stocks of original equipment spare parts.

All our Equipment are supplied under warranty, upon expiry of the said warranty the client is obliged to enter into a service contract. Routine preventive maintenance is ensured for all supplied equipment in order to avoid premature failure of critical and expensive equipment and also to ensure optimum and trouble free operation within the Hospitals/clinics.
